These terms govern all residential, vacation-rental, and small-business cleaning agreements with lavishdose.com. A booking is confirmed once the scope, date, and service type are agreed in writing. Scope changes requested after confirmation may adjust timing and pricing, and we will notify you before any change applies.

Standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, vacation-rental turnovers, and commercial cleaning are priced according to the work requested. Quotes are provided on a reasonable, affordable basis and reflect the size and condition of the space.

Clients must provide safe, reliable access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes, or a designated contact person. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic or prior appointments. If access is not available at the scheduled time, the visit may be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and sensitive materials before arrival. Utilities such as water and electricity must be available for the full duration of the service.

Our team uses standard cleaning equipment and products. Please disclose any surfaces, finishes, or allergies that require special handling. lavishdose.com is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or unsecured valuables, and our total liability for any single incident is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Service guidelines may be adjusted to address safety concerns or changes in the property. We will communicate material changes to the primary contact on file. By booking with lavishdose.com, you agree to these terms and to receive service-related messages about your appointment.
